Our entire facility is administered under Level 3 SQF (Safe Quality Food), and is audited yearly by an independent third party. We are so committed to our quality, we scored an outstanding 97 out of 100 on our most recent audit. Our own internal quality controls ensure that the roast color, moisture content, grind, packaging integrity, and oxygen levels meet our stringent specifications.
